Christine focuses on a holistic approach to finding what your body needs and aims to guide you towards sustainable steps to improving overall wellness in the body as it directly relates to physical and mental wellness.

Through health coaching, Christine helps clients manage emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns, improve relationship skills, and reduce stress and anxiety. Coaching helps you discover and reach your goals for physical health using movement, exercise, nutrition, and rest.

No two bodies are the same, which is why a one-on-one approach with an experienced and knowledgeable health coach is imperative to nourishing and fine-tuning your body.

We look at each individual in a whole-person approach because health is more than just the food you eat. I’m here to help you find what works best for you, your health, and your well-being goals. I may provide suggestions but our sessions will ultimately be about what you need.

I help people improve their health and well-being by listening to each person, and what they have for goals. We find ways to take steps towards those goals that help make them both sustainable and attainable. Health is more than just what you eat. We will take a look at all interrelated areas from a whole-person approach. I am here to be supportive, to help motivate, and hold you accountable. Don’t we all need that? I will help guide you toward your goals. I will help support decision-making. 

Your health coaching journey will begin a with a short meeting to assess where you are, and generally, why you are seeking a health coach. Upon choosing to join this partnership, we will take a step back and look at your life to begin seeing the broad goals. We then take steps to focus on the smaller goals to begin the process toward your larger goals. We will assess where you are and how you want to move forward and identify possible barriers to help you navigate through or around them. We will build on skills and good habits you already have to help you grow as you reach your goals. 

Working with Christine has been really rewarding. At first, I wondered how I could possibly feel comfortable working with someone I had just met, but within the first few minutes of our time together, all my worries disappeared.
