Flow with Christine

Christine’s current class offering is All Levels Flow at Mountain Kula Yoga in North Conway, N.H. This class offers a complete practice that begins with centering and grounding, then moves into a vibrant flow connecting breath to movement, followed by seated postures for a full body stretch. All levels are welcome and students are encouraged and will be taught how to modify postures with the use of props & variations. There will also be options and opportunities to increase the intensity of a posture should the student choose to.

Christine also offers private yoga sessions to allow you to practice in the setting that suits you best. Reach out to learn more.
